摘要
目的采用文献计量学方法,分析2004年—2024年支持细胞在精子发生领域的研究热点和发展趋势。方法检索2004年—2024年Web of Science核心数据库、中国知网收录的支持细胞相关研究,共筛选出5679篇英文文献和455篇中文文献,采用CiteSpace软件对发文量、研究机构、作者合作网络及关键词进行系统性分析。结果英文关于支持细胞的研究发文量显著多于中文,且英文研究机构如Population Council在国际合作网络中处于核心地位,而中文研究机构的国际合作相对较少。英文作者在研究持续性、团队协作及发文量方面较有优势,而中文作者的研究多为短期或独立完成。关键词分析表明,英文研究主要聚焦于支持细胞的分子机制如基因表达、血睾屏障、精原干细胞等,而中文研究则更多关注传统动物模型及新兴领域如中药研究、铁死亡、信号通路等。结论基于文献计量分析结果,当前支持细胞在精子发生领域的研究中,英文文献在发文规模、合作网络、研究连续性及国际影响力上均显著占优,其研究已深入分子机制并整合多种前沿技术;中文研究则侧重于传统动物模型,并聚焦于中药干预与铁死亡等新兴方向。未来,中文研究需加强国际合作、稳定团队建设、系统阐释精子发生调控网络,并推动中药多靶点作用机制与现代生殖生物学的深度融合,以提升整体研究水平。
Objective To analyze the research hotspots and development trends of Sertoli cells in the field of spermatogenesis from 2004 to 2024 using bibliometric methods.Methods Relevant studies on Sertoli cells published between 2004 and 2024 were searched from the Web of Science Core Collection and the CNKI database.A total of 5,679 English and 455 Chinese papers were screened.CiteSpace software was employed to systematically analyze publication volume,research institutions,author collaboration networks,and keywords.Results The number of English publications on Sertoli cells was significantly higher than that of Chinese publications.English research institutions,such as the Population Council,occupied a core position in international collaboration networks,whereas Chinese research institutions demonstrated relatively limited international cooperation.English authors exhibited advantages in research continuity,team collaboration,and publication output,while researches with Chinese authors efforts were more frequently short-term or independently conducted.Keyword analysis revealed that English studies primarily focused on the molecular mechanisms of Sertoli cells,such as gene expression,the blood-testis barrier,and spermatogonial stem cells.In contrast,Chinese researches placed greater emphasis on traditional animal models and emerging areas such as traditional Chinese medicine research,ferroptosis,and signaling pathways.Conclusions Based on bibliometric analysis results,current research on Sertoli cells in spermatogenesis field is significantly more advanced in English literature regarding publication scale,collaboration networks,research continuity,and international influence.English research has progressed to in-depth exploration of molecular mechanisms integrated with various cutting-edge technologies.Chinese research,meanwhile,focuses more on traditional animal models and emerging directions like traditional Chinese medicine intervention and ferroptosis.Future Chinese research should strengthen international collaboration,establish stable research teams,systematically elucidate the regulatory network of spermatogenesis,and further improve the integration of the multi-target mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine with modern reproductive biology to enhance overall research level.
