摘要
目的开发应用于各级医疗机构且满足客户端可视化大屏显示、多终端同步更新和重要班次短信提醒等功能的医院排班数据可视化大屏解决方案。方法采用Microsoft Excel软件作为数据源和客户端,基于VBA编程模块,融合FTP协议和局域网基础实现数据访问和共享,并通过调用腾讯云短信API接口,建立客户端-服务器架构的医院排班数据可视化大屏终端。结果用户通过FTP协议实时获取科室排班数据并归集于全院排班数据可视化大屏,各科室与全院排班信息互联互通、数据大屏实时更新,同时实现了自动识别重点班次并提前发送短信提醒。结论项目在延续传统Excel排班的模式下,将每日排班表自动更新至可视化大屏,实现了无人托管模式下的排班数据可视化大屏解决方案。
Objective To detect a display approach of staff-scheduling data visualization dashboard for hospitals of different levels,offering client-side dashboard display,multi-terminal synchronous updates,and SMS alerts for critical shifts.Methods Microsoft Excel was adopted as both data source and client,and VBA modules were used to integrate the FTP protocol with LAN basis to achieve data access and sharing.By invoking the Tencent Cloud SMS API interface,a client-server-based hospital staff-scheduling data visualization dashboard system was established.Results Through the FTP protocol,users were able to retrieve departmental staff-scheduling information in real time and aggregate them into a hospital-wide scheduling dashboard.Staff-scheduling information across all hospital departments was interconnected,updating real-time dashboard information,while key shifts were automatically identified and SMS reminders were sent in advance.Conclusion While retaining the traditional Excel-based staff-scheduling workflow,the system automatically updates the daily schedules to the dashboard,providing a lightweight,unattended solution for hospital staff-scheduling data visualization.
