侗药血藤果抗氧化以及美白抗炎功效初步探究

Preliminary Study on Antioxidant,Whitening and Anti-inflammation Effects of Dong Medicine Kadsura Coccinea Fructus

摘要 以侗药血藤果为原材料,通过水蒸气蒸馏法分别获得其果皮、果肉和果核的水提液,并对不同部位水提液的DPPH自由基清除能力及酪氨酸酶抑制情况,及其抗炎、抗菌能力进行评价。结果表明,果皮水提液在5 mg/mL具有最强的DPPH自由基清除能力,在0.05 mg/mL对酪氨酸酶抑制效果显著,同时具有显著的抗炎及抗菌能力。综上,血藤果水提液具有一定抗氧化活性和美白功效,其面膜可以作为一种美白产品开发使用。 Using Dong medicine Kadsura coccinea fructus as raw material,water extracts from its peel,pulp,and seeds were obtained via steam distillation.The DPPH radical scavenging capacity,tyrosinase inhibition,anti-inflammatory and antibacterial activities,and skin irritation potential of extracts from different parts were evaluated.Results indicated that the peel extract exhibited the strongest DPPH radical scavenging activity at 5 mg/mL and demonstrated significant tyrosinase inhibition at 0.05 mg/mL,and possessed remarkable anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties.In summary,Kadsura coccinea fructus water extract possesses certain antioxidant activity and whitening efficacy,making it suitable for development as a whitening facial mask.
