摘要
膀胱癌(BCa)是常见的泌尿系统恶性肿瘤,细胞自噬是影响BCa病情进展的重要因素,作为BCa治疗的关键靶点目前备受学者关注。中药在防治BCa过程发挥至关重要的作用,此作用与癌细胞自噬之间关系并无明确定论。尽管目前已开展中药提取物调控细胞自噬干预BCa的诸多实验,但缺乏相关的全面评估。文章在阐述细胞自噬相关信号通路以及BCa与细胞自噬间联系的基础上,重点总结中药多种活性成分通过调控细胞自噬干预BCa的现状,分析各成分在自噬活动的作用,为BCa治疗提供了新的中医药视角。
Bladder cancer(BCa)is a common urinary malignant tumor,and autophagy is an important factor affecting the progression of BCa,and has attracted much attention from scholars as a key target for BCa treatment.Traditional Chinese medicine plays a vital role in the prevention and treatment of BCa,and the relationship between this effect and autophagy in cancer cells is not definitive.Although many experiments have been carried out on the regulation of autophagy by traditional Chinese medicine extracts to intervene in BCa,there is a lack of comprehensive evaluation.Based on the elaboration of the autophagy-related signaling pathways and the relationship between BCa and autophagy,this article focuses on summarizing the current situation of various active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine intervening in BCa by regulating autophagy,and analyzes the role of each component in autophagy activity,which provides a new perspective of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of BCa.
