摘要
针对当下社区养老服务设施供需错配问题,以养老服务骨干网政策为驱动,从规划布局、设计模式、服务配置3个维度进行解读转换。纵向站体联动,通过“一站式+家门口”回应设施网络化规划建设;横向功能编织,通过“标准化+个性化”模块组合回应多元养老需求,纵横网络化构建社区养老服务设施建设理念与方法,助力设施效能提升。
In response to the current mismatch between supply and demand for community elderly care service facilities,the paper interprets and transforms the issue from three dimensions-planning and layout,design models,and service configuration-driven by the policy of the elderly service core network.Vertically,facilities coordination is established to address the networked planning and construction of facilities through a“one-stop and nearby”approach.Horizontally,functional weaving is achieved through a combination of standardized and personalized modules to respond to diverse elderly care needs.By constructing a networked framework that integrates vertical and horizontal dimensions,the paper establishes a conceptual framework and methodology for the construction of community elderly care service facilities,thereby enhancing the efficiency of such facilities.
