乳酸菌活载体疫苗防控动物疫病研究进展

摘要 乳酸菌(Lactic acid bacteria,LAB)是动物肠道普遍存在的益生菌,可维持宿主肠内微生态平衡、改善动物健康状况。随着基因工程技术的发展,LAB作为口服疫苗递送载体在动物疾病防控中展现出显著优势。论文总结了LAB活载体疫苗的优势、作用机制及在动物疫病防控中的应用。通过分析研究成果,对LAB活载体疫苗的发展方向进行了分析和展望,为未来新型LAB活载体疫苗的研发提供理论依据。 Lactic acid bacteria(LAB),as a prevalent class of probiotics residing in animal intestinal tracts,maintain the homeostasis of host gut microbiota and enhance animal health status.With the development of genetic engineering technology,LAB have emerged as prominent oral vaccine delivery vectors demonstrating remarkable advantages in animal disease prevention and control.This article systematically summarizes the advantages,mechanisms and recent advancements in the application of LAB-based live vector vaccines for combating animal diseases.Through critical analysis of existing research achievements,this paper further analyzes current challenges and proposes development prospects for LAB-based live vector vaccines,thereby providing both theoretical references and practical guidance for developing next-generation LAB-based live vector vaccine formulations.
