摘要
针对铁路项目临建工程成本逐年上升,常出现资源浪费,成本失控等问题,论文从经济效益、项目竞争力、资源配置等方面阐述了铁路项目临建工程成本精细化管理的重要性,论文总结了铁路项目临建工程成本精细化管理的核心要求,包括管理标准规范化、过程管控动态化以及责任体系明晰化,提出预算编制精细化、资源配置高效化、成本核算系统化等策略,最后,对这些策略在具体项目中的应用进行分析。
In view of the increasing cost of temporary construction projects in railway projects year by year,problems such as resource waste and cost out of control often occur,this paper expounds the importance of refined cost management of temporary construction projects in railway projects from the aspects of economic benefits,project competitiveness and resource allocation,summarizes the core requirements for the refined cost management of temporary construction projects in railway projects,including the standardization of management standards,the dynamic process control,and the clarification of the responsibility system.It proposes strategies such as refined budget preparation,efficient resource allocation,and systematic cost accounting.Finally,it analyzes the application of these strategies in specific projects.
