摘要
以OBE(成果导向教育)理念为指导,探讨在粤港澳大湾区建筑业智能化转型背景下的教育创新路径。分析了智能建造专业建设的必要性与可行性,以及行业在“智能设计-施工-运维”全流程中存在人才供需错配问题,提出了“行业适配-课程逻辑-跨学科融合-实践导向”的编制思路,构建了以“土木+数字+智能”为核心能力的培养目标,细化为可量化的毕业要求,并设计了“通识教育-学科平台-专业课程与实训-企业实践”四位一体的课程体系。进一步分析了当前培养计划实施中的难点,提出开发融合型课程、构建三级课程群、完善校企协同机制等优化策略。
Guided by theOBE(Outcome-Oriented Education)concept,explores the educational innovation path under the background of the intelligent transformation of the construction industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.The research first analyzed the necessity and feasibility of establishing the intelligent construction major,pointing out that there is a mismatch between supply and demand of talents in the entire process of“intelligent design-construction-operation and maintenance”in the industry,the compilation idea of“industry adaptation-course logic-interdisciplinary integration-practical orientation”was proposed.The training objective with“civil engineering+digital+intelligent”as the core ability was constructed,detailed into quantifiable graduation requirements,and a four-in-one curriculum system of“general education-discipline platform-professional courses and practical training-enterprise prctice”was designed.The research further analyzed the difficulties in the implementation of the current training plan,and proposed optimization strategies such as developing integrated courses,building a three-level course cluster,and improving the schoolenterprise collaboration mechanism.
