摘要
目的研究老年病人在髋部骨折术后受连续护理方式的影响,分析老年髋部骨折病人术后康复的特征。方法临床上采用随机对照的实验设计方案:任意抽取老年髋部骨折病人50例,平均将每25例的病人分成观察组与对照组两组。两组在文化程度、性别、年龄、骨折部位、婚姻状况、合并症、手术方式等方面差别无统计学意义(P>0.05),给予对照组病人常规护理,与此同时,在对照组的基础上进行连续护理方式下的综合护理干预。最后统计2组病人的各方面指标,进行对比研究。结果病人的临床症状在经历了连续护理后都得到了显著的改善,FIM功能的独立性总评分,BBS平衡能力的测试评分及干预组的Harris髋关节总评分都显著优于对照组。结论对老年髋部骨折病人进行综合干预,应用连续护理模式能够对病人起促进髋关节功能的恢复、增强生活的独立性、增强平衡能力、减弱药物治疗的依从性的作用,进而全方面改善病人的生活品质。
Objective To study the influence of continuous nursing mode on elderly patients with hip fracture after operation,and analyze the characteristics of postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with hip fracture.Method 50 elderly patients with hip fracture were randomly selected and divided into two groups:observation group and control group.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and at the same time,comprehensive nursing intervention was carried out on the basis of continuous nursing.Finally,the statistical indicators of 2 groups of patients were compared.Result The clinical symptoms of the patients improved significantly after continuous nursing.The FIM independent total score,BBS balance score,and Harris hip total score in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group.Conclusion Comprehensive intervention and continuous nursing mode can promote the recovery of hip function,enhance the independence of life,enhance the balance ability and weaken the compliance of drug therapy for the elderly patients with hip fracture,and improve the quality of life of the patients in all aspects.
