淬火耐磨钢白斑缺陷成因分析及改进

摘要 某热处理生产线在耐磨钢淬火热处理过程中,批量产生片状白色缺陷,在钢板的整个上下表面均有分布,同时,钢板中间凹、两边高,钢板不平度达到8~14 mm/2 m以上。使用微观分析工具对白色缺陷进行结构和成分分析,发现氧、镁、硅含量非常高,分析认为该白色物质主要为水垢类物质,导致钢板冷却不均。因此,对淬火循环水质进行分析,发现水中钙镁离子含量高,水质较硬,另外又对加热炉炉内气氛进行分析,发现残氧量对白斑缺陷的产生同样有影响。根据缺陷原因分析,制定了相应的改进措施。通过措施的实施,白斑缺陷得到消除,同时板形质量恢复正常。 During the quenching heat treatment process of wear-resistant steel on a certain heat treatment production line,batch production of flaky white defects occurred.These defects were distributed across the entire upper and lower surfaces of the steel plates,with the middle of the plates being concave and the edges raised,resulting in a plate flatness deviation exceeding 8~14 mm/2 m.Microstructural and compositional analysis of the white defects using microscopic tools revealed extremely high levels of oxygen,magnesium,and silicon.Analysis concluded that the white substance was primarily scale-like material,leading to uneven cooling of the steel plates.Consequently,an analysis of the quenching cycle water quality revealed high calcium and magnesium ion content,indicating hard water.Additionally,an examination of the furnace atmosphere inside the heating furnace found that residual oxygen levels also contributed to the formation of white spot defects.Based on the defect cause analysis,corresponding improvement measures were formulated.Through the implementation of these measures,the white spot defects were eliminated,and the plate shape quality returned to normal.
