环保型淬火冷却介质研究及应用

摘要 通过对环保型淬火冷却介质种类及特点进行研究,确定采用APG淬火液作为环保型冷却介质,并对不同状态PAG淬火液冷却特性曲线和拉铆钉热处理工艺试验进行研究。结果表明,PAG淬火液达到饱和浓度后,其冷却性能基本没有正向影响;PAG淬火液的最佳使用温度为30~40℃;使用18%~22%浓度的PAG淬火液对用ML40Cr材料制造的不同直径拉铆钉进行淬火热处理,可以使拉铆钉完全淬透且不产生淬火裂纹。在实际生产应用过程中,PAG淬火液成功替代了淬火油,有效避免了淬火油在使用过程中产生的大量油烟,减少了热处理有害气体的排放。 By studying the types and characteristics of environment-friendly quenching cooling medium,APG quenching liquid is selected as the environment-friendly cooling medium,and the cooling characteristic curve of PAG quenching liquid in different states and the heat treatment process test of rivet are studied.The results show that the cooling performance of PAG quenching liquid has no positive effect when it reaches saturation concentration.The best use temperature of PAG quenching liquid is 30 to 40℃.The rivet with different diameters made of ML40Cr material can be completely quenched without quenching crack by using PAG quenching solution with 18%to 22%concentration.In the actual production and application process,PAG quenching liquid successfully replaces the quenching oil,effectively avoids the large amount of oil smoke generated by the quenching oil in the use process,and reduces the harmful gas emissions of heat treatment.
