摘要
通过实船应用验证我国自主研发的船舶三维数字化设计系统HDSPD(Hudong Ship Product Design) 6.0版线型光顺系统的功能和性能和稳定性并提出优化意见。根据HDSPD 6.0线型光顺系统的主要功能,严格按照其光顺流程对某型62 000 t散货船开展线型光顺工作,对标行业内的主流设计软件,结合实船建造经验,从软件的光顺精度、性能和稳定性方面进行验证。实船应用验证结果表明,HDSPD 6.0线型光顺系统的功能、性能和稳定性满足船舶设计和建造要求,同时能充分考虑线型光顺的效率和人员操作习惯。
The functionality,performance and stability of the line fairing system in China's self-developed 3D digital ship design system Hudong Ship Product Design(HDSPD)6.0 are validated through real-ship applications,and optimization suggestions are proposed.Based on the main functions of the linear smoothing syslem in HDSPD 6.0,the line fairing process was strictly followed to perform smoothing work on a 62000-4on bulk carrier.The system was benchmarked against mainstream design software in the industry,and its accuracy,performance and stability were evaluated by integrating practical shipbuilding experience.The validation results from real-ship applications indicale that the linear smoothing syslem in HDSPD 6.0 meels the requirements for ship design and construction in ters of funetionality,perforance and stability.Moreover,it fully considers the efficiency of the smoothing process and the operational habits of usen.
