摘要
模拟舱建造是液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)船NO96 Super+型液货围护系统实船建造的必要环节。从泡沫板安装、新型连接件安装、平面接头安装和温度传感器布线等方面分析模拟舱建造的关键工艺,归纳模拟舱建造的各种工艺技术问题并采用合理的解决方案。NO96 Super+型液货围护系统模拟舱建造工艺的更新优化可为LNG船液货围护系统实船建造提供理论和实际参考。
The simulation tank construction is a necessary step in the actual construction of NO96 Super+liquid cargo containment system of Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG)carrier.The key technologies of simulation tank construction are analyzed in foam plate installation,new-type connector installation,flat joint installation,and temperature sensor wiring,etc.,the various technical problems of simulation tank construction are summarized,and the reasonable solutions are adopted.The upgrading and optimization of simulation tank construction technology of NO96 Super+liquid cargo containment system can provide theoretical and practical reference for the actual construction of liquid cargo containment system of LNG carrier.
