基于全链式产业学院职业本科模具人才培养路径研究

摘要 在国家职业教育改革背景下,职业本科教育作为新兴的教育模式,亟需探索适应产业需求的人才培养路径,研究以职业本科试点专业“材料成型与控制工程”为对象,基于全链式产业学院的理论框架,分析模具产业职业本科人才培养的现实困境,并提出“三链融合”课程体系、“四岗递进”实训体系和“1+3+N”思政育人生态等改革路径。通过实践验证,全链式产业学院有效解决了传统培养模式中实践平台断层、课程体系供需错位和育人生态协同不足等问题,为职业本科教育的高质量发展提供可借鉴的实践经验。 Under the reform background of the national vocational education,vocational undergraduate education,as an emerging educational model,urgently needed to explore a talent training path that met the demands of industries.The research took the pilot vocational undergraduate specialty materials forming and control engineering as the object,based on the theoretical framework of the whole-chain industrial college,the practical difficulties in the talent training of vocational undergraduate were analyzed in the die and mould industry,the reform paths such as the"threechain integration"course system,the"four-position progressive"practical training system,and the"1+3+N"ideological and political education ecosystem were proposed.Through practical verification,the whole-chain industrial college had effectively addressed issues such as the discontinuity of practical platforms,the mismatch between supply and demand in the course system,and the insufficient coordination of the educational ecosystem in the traditional training model,providing practical experience that could be drawn upon to for the high-quality development of vocational undergraduate education.
