摘要
模具专业是跨学科综合性专业,在AI赋能产业结构升级、推动新型工业化的背景下,通过分析模具工业对新质人才的需求,阐述了AI渗透和产教融合对高校模具专业新质人才培养的具体要求,面向新时代高校专业高质量发展,提出了模具专业改革措施,以培养适应时代发展需求的高素质复合型模具新质人才,推进模具行业新质生产力的加快形成,为制造强国建设提供新引擎。
Die&mould specialty is an interdisciplinary comprehensive system specialty,in the con-text of AI-enabled industrial structure upgrading and promoting new industrialization,the specific training requirements of AI penetration and integration of industry and education for new quality talents in die&mould specialty in universities were described by analyzing the demand of new quality talents in the die&mould industry.Facing the high-quality development of universities spe-cialty in the new era,the reform measures of die&mould specialty were put forward to train high-quality composite die&mould talents to meet the needs of the development of the era,which pro-moted the formation of new quality productivity of the die&mould industry,and provided a new engine for the construction of a manufacturing power.
