摘要
以某30万吨/年己内酰胺生产装置为研究对象,采用Aspen Plus化工流程模拟软件进行工艺流程模拟,模拟结果与实际生产数据的误差控制在±3%以内,验证了模型的可靠性。基于模拟结果开展重排反应热量回收研究,结果表明,通过增设重排反应热水撤热器及新增冷冻水系统可有效提高装置能量利用效率。优化方案可实现年节能20.8 kg标油/吨己内酰胺,同时节省20.6 t冷却水/吨己内酰胺的消耗,年经济效益预计可达到566.1万元,项目投资回收期仅为3.23年,经济效益显著提升。
A 300000 t/a caprolactam production facility was simulated using Aspen Plus software to model the process flow.The model's reliability was verified as the deviation between simulated results and actual production data remained within±3%.An energy optimization study based on simulation results identified heat recovery opportunities in the rearrangement reaction section.The results demonstrate that installing a hot water heat removal exchanger for rearrangement reactions and implementing a chilled water system can effectively improve the plant's energy utilization efficiency.Specifically,this strategy achieves annual savings of 20.8 kg standard oil and 20.6 tons of cooling water per ton of caprolactam.The annual economic benefits are expected to reach 5.661 million yuan,with a project payback period of only 3.23 years,demonstrating significant economic benefits.
