摘要
目的调查安徽省城乡居民老年人成功老龄化现状,并分析其影响因素。方法采用分层抽样法,于2025年1月选取安徽省16个城市1563名≥60岁的老年人为研究对象。采用一般资料调查问卷、成功老龄化量表、老年人抑郁量表淡漠分量表(3-item subscale of the geriatric depression scale,GDS-3)、Fried衰弱表型、社会隔离量表进行调查。结果1563名安徽省老年人成功老龄化得分为(47.64±17.15)分,GDS-3得分为(1.42±1.03)分,社会隔离得分为(1.01±0.94)分,衰弱得分为(1.37±1.36)分。成功老龄化得分与衰弱呈负相关(r=-0.222,P<0.001),与淡漠呈负相关(r=-0.138,P<0.001),与社会隔离呈负相关(r=-0.215,P<0.001)。多元线性回归分析显示,社会隔离、衰弱、淡漠、有慢性病与居住情况是影响安徽省城乡居民老年人成功老龄化的因素(P<0.05),可解释总变异的62%。结论安徽省城乡居民老年人成功老龄化得分处于中等水平,建议医护人员重点关注衰弱、淡漠、有慢性病、独居以及处于社会隔离的城乡居民老年人,制定个性化的干预措施,帮助其实现成功老龄化。
Objective To investigate the current status of successful aging among urban and rural elderly residents in Anhui province and analyze its influencing factors.Methods A stratified sampling method was used to select 1563 elderly individuals aged 60 and above from 16 cities in Anhui province from January 2025.The study involved surveys with general information questionnaires,the successful aging scale,the geriatric depression scale,the anhedonia subscale of the GDS-3,the Fried phenotype of weakness,and the social isolation scale.Results Among 1563 elderly residents in Anhui province,the scores for successful aging,GDS-3,social isolation,and frailty were(47.64±17.15),(1.42±1.03),(1.01±0.94)and(1.37±1.36)respectively.The scores for successful aging showed negative correlations with frailty(r=-0.222,P<0.001),apathy(r=-0.138,P<0.001),and social isolation(r=-0.215,P<0.001).Multivariate linear regression analysis revealed that social isolation,frailty,apathy,chronic diseases,and living conditions were significant predictors of successful aging among elderly residents in Anhui province(P<0.05),accounting for 62%of the total variance.Conclusion The score of successful aging of urban and rural elderly residents in Anhui province is at a medium level.It is suggested that medical staff should pay special attention to the elderly residents in urban and rural areas with frailty,apathy,chronic diseases,living alone and social isolation,and make personalized intervention measures to help them achieve successful aging.
