摘要
新农科是面向新时代农业农村现代化发展需求,融合新兴科技与农业学科交叉的高等教育新范式。该文立足新农科建设背景,聚焦地方涉农院校在产教融合协同育人中的现实困境与路径创新,提出优化专业结构、强化实践教学、建设双师队伍、创新培养模式等具体策略,旨在为提升涉农人才培养质量、服务乡村振兴战略提供理论支撑与实践路径。
New agricultural science is a new paradigm of higher education that meets the needs of agricultural and rural modernization development in the new era and integrates the intersection of emerging technologies and agricultural disciplines.Based on the background of new agricultural science construction,this paper focuses on the practical difficulties and path innovation of local agriculture-related colleges and universities in the collaborative education of industry and education,and proposes specific strategies such as optimizing professional structure,strengthening practical teaching,building dual-teacher teams,and innovating training models.The purpose is to provide theoretical support and practical paths for improving the quality of cultivating agriculture-related talents and serving the Rural Revitalization Strategy.
