摘要
面对全球粮食安全挑战深化与国内农耕文化传承断层、农科教育知行脱节等可能性挑战,高校阅读推广工作亟待模式创新。该文以湖南农业大学图书馆“禾下阅读育人稻源启智润农”——袁隆平科学家精神引领稻作文化阅读推广的创新实践为案例,采用案例研究法、文献调查法,在系统梳理高校阅读推广与耕读教育相关文献的基础上,深入剖析其以“袁隆平科学家精神”为价值内核、以稻作文化为内容载体所构建“精神引领→阅读筑基→实践赋能→服务兴农”四维一体育人模型。研究通过详实数据对比与政策语境分析,证实该模式在内容融合、资源适配、场景拓展、模式闭环与协同机制上实现系统创新,能够有效提升学生的“三农”情怀、实践能力与创新能力,并可显著促进知识向乡村服务的转化。该研究可为农业高校阅读推广回应国家新农科建设与乡村振兴战略提供重要的理论启示与实践范式。
Faced with possible challenges such as the deepening of global food security challenges,the inheritance of domestic farming culture,and the discontinuity between knowledge and action in agricultural education,the reading promotion work in colleges and universities urgently needs model innovation.This paper takes the innovative practice ofthe Library of Hunan Agricultural University in"teaching through reading while farming by wisdom-Yuan Longping's scientist spirit leading the promotion of rice farming culture reading"as a case study method and document survey method.Based on the literature related to reading promotion and farming and reading education in colleges and universities,we deeply analyze its value core with"Yuan Longping's scientist spirit".Using rice farming culture as the content carrier,a four-dimensional integrated education model of"spiritual guidance→reading and foundation building→practice empowerment→serving to promote agriculture"has been constructed.Through detailed data comparison and policy context analysis,the study confirmed that the model achieved systematic innovation in content integration,resource adaptation,scenario expansion,model closed-loop and collaborative mechanism,effectively improving students'feelings for agriculture,rural areas and farmers,practical ability and innovation ability,and significantly promoted the transformation of knowledge into rural services.This study provides important theoretical enlightenment and practical paradigm for reading promotion in agricultural colleges and universities to respond to the national"new agricultural science"construction and Rural Revitalization Strategy.
