摘要
茶叶生产未列入漳州市食品生产加工小作坊允许加工食品目录,办理食品生产许可证是茶叶市场准入的必要条件。现场核查对于食品企业申报生产许可证是至关重要的一个环节。本文以审查员的视角综述了茶叶生产许可现场核查要求,为茶叶相关生产企业顺利取得食品生产许可证提供理论指导。
Tea production is not included in the city's food production and processing of small workshops allowed to process food catalog,food production license is a necessary condition for tea market access.On-site verification is a crucial link for food enterprises to apply for production licenses.This paper summarizes the requirements of on-site verification of tea production license from the perspective of inspectors,and provides theoretical guidance for tea related production enterprises to obtain food production license smoothly.
