摘要
霸道政治是传统王霸之辨的内容之一。康有为将传统王霸之辨与他的三世进化理论相结合,将霸道政治和王道政治看成社会发展的不同阶段,并统一于“仁”概念中,从而赋予王霸之辨历史性和价值性。康有为对霸道政治的重塑与时代问题相关联,重点阐释霸道政治强调群体和竞争两大特征,以此应对时代危机。康有为阐发了霸道政治内在蕴含的国与民的紧张关系,导向现代民权观念,将霸道政治看成民权实现的初步,促使传统政治价值观念向现代转型。
Badao Politics is one of the contents of the traditional distinction between“Badao”and“Wangdao”.Kang Youwei combined the traditional distinction between“Wangdao”and“Badao”with his theory of“three-stage evolution”,and regarded“Badao”and royal“Wangdao”as different stages of social development,and unified them in the concept of“Ren”(“Benevolence”),thus giving the distinction of“Wangdao”and“Badao”in historical and valuable manner.Kang Youwei s reshaping of Badao Politics is related to the problems of the times,focusing on two characteristics of Badao Politics with the emphasis on group and competition,so as to deal with the problems of the times.Kang Youwei expounded the tension between the state and the people inherent in Badao Politics,thus leading to the modern concept of civil rights,regarding Badao Politics as the initial realization of civil rights,and promoting the transformation of traditional values to modernity.
