摘要
为了解决桥式吸砂机运行问题,本文集成PLC自动控制、防拖拽保护、高压空气反冲、积砂厚度智能感知等技术,构建“无人化、全自动、可追溯”的新型除砂系统。改造后沉砂去除率由82%增加到96%以上,设备平均无故障运行时间提高5倍,年综合运维成本降低244万元,静态投资回收期仅1.35年。工程实践表明,该方案有效提高预处理单元稳定性和安全水平,保障出水水质持续达标,为老旧污水厂核心设备智能化升级提供可复制的技术+经济一体化模式。
In order to solve the operation problems of bridge sand suction machines, this article integrates technologies such as PLC automatic control, anti drag protection, high-pressure air recoil, and intelligent perception of sand accumulation thickness to construct a new type of "unmanned, fully automatic, and traceable" sand removal system. After the renovation, the sand removal rate increased from 82% to over 96%, the average trouble free operation time of the equipment increased by 5 times, the annual comprehensive operation and maintenance cost was reduced by 2.44 million yuan, and the static investment payback period was only 1.35 years. Engineering practice has shown that this scheme effectively improves the stability and safety level of the pretreatment unit, ensures the continuous compliance of effluent water quality, and provides a replicable technology+economic integration model for the intelligent upgrade of core equipment in old sewage treatment plants.
