基于AHP-QFD的婴儿床织物软包材质与造型协同设计研究

摘要 随着母婴消费向品质安全升级,母婴产品设计受到广泛关注,而婴儿床软包作为婴儿直接接触构件存在材质与生理特性适配不足、造型协同性缺失等问题。现有针对该产品的研究较少且多聚焦单一性能优化,缺乏需求量化与设计参数精准转化。文章引入层次分析法(AHP)-质量功能展开(QFD)集成方法,通过调研提取核心用户需求,经需求权重量化、设计要素权重计算,获取婴儿床软包的设计要素优先级,形成具体的设计方案。研究实现了用户需求与设计要素的精准对接,对设计要素进行了设计实践转化,解决了婴儿床软包材质与造型协同设计难题,为母婴家具企业提供了技术理论支撑并拓展了相关集成方法的应用场景。 As maternal and infant consumption upgrades towards quality and safety,the product design of maternal and infant has attracted widespread attention.As a direct contact component for infants,infant bed fabric upholstery faces issues such as insufficient adaptation between materials and physiological characteristics,as well as lack of shape coordination.Existing research on this product is relatively scarce,mostly focusing on single performance optimization,and lacking demand quantification and accurate conversion of design parameters.This paper introduces the integrated analytic hierarchy process(AHP)-quality function deployment(QFD)method,extracts core user demands through investigations,obtains the priority of design elements for infant bed fabric upholstery via demand weight quantification and design element weight calculation,and further develops specific design schemes.The research achieves accurate alignment between user demands and design elements,realizes the transformation of design elements into practical design applications,solves the challenge of collaborative design of materials and shapes for infant bed fabric upholstery,provides technical and theoretical support for maternal and infant furniture enterprises,and enriches the application scenarios of relevant integrated methods.
