摘要
金刚石砂轮具有抗磨性高、使用寿命长、导热性好、适合高精密加工等特点,适用于磨削加工陶瓷、玻璃和硬质合金等加工难度大、精度要求高的材料。但随着使用时间增加,金刚石砂轮表面磨削能力会由于各种原因而导致钝化,降低磨削效率,故需要对金刚石砂轮进行开刃修整处理。本文综述了金刚石砂轮开刃修锐在磨削使用中的重要作用,介绍了金刚石工具修整法、滚压修整法、磨削修整法、电解修整法、电火花修整法、激光修整法和超声修整法的工艺发展现状,并通过综述分析不同工艺在应用中存在的优势及劣势,为金刚石砂轮修整的工艺选择提供参考,也对修整工艺未来的发展方向做了展望。
Diamond grinding wheel has the characteristics of high wear resistance,long service life,good thermal conductivity,suitable for high precision machining,etc.,suitable for grinding ceramics,glass and cemented carbide and other difficult processing materials with high precision requirements.However,with the increase of the use time,the grinding ability of the diamond wheel surface will lead to passivation due to various reasons,reducing the grinding efficiency,so it is necessary to carry out the cutting edge dressing treatment of the diamond wheel.This paper reviews the important role of diamond grinding wheel cutting edge sharpening in grinding,introduces the technological development status of diamond tool dressing method,rolling dressing method,grinding dressing method,electrolytic dressing method,electric spark dressing method,laser dressing method and ultrasonic dressing method,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of different processes in application.This paper provides a reference for the process selection of diamond grinding wheel dressing,and also looks forward to the future development direction of dressing technology.
