摘要
介绍了修整成形砂轮常用的金刚石笔修整、金刚石滚轮修整、GC杯形砂轮修整、点挤压修整、电加工修整方法的整形原理和特点。并分析了目前成形砂轮修整中存在的问题及发展趋势。
In this paper, principles and characteristics of many dressing methods in the forming wheel dressing are summarized, for example, diamond point dressing, diamond roller dressing, GC-cup wheel dressing, point-press dressing and the electromachining dressing. The existing problems and development trends of the forming wheel dressing are analyzed.
