摘要
京东智能产业园的产品标准化体系是结合京东产发的需求,综合投资地图、市场客户状况、国家工业厂房政策,以模块化的组合方式,并依据所在地区的特点形成不同的配置标准。从规划布局、组合方式、单体平面布局、柱跨、层高、荷载、立面、景观等方面进行标准总结。其中京东智能产业园的建筑形态成为融入京东企业元素的标准化产品。标准化景观是标准化建筑立面建筑的延伸,将京东盒子概念从立面拓展至景观设计概念中。最终构建出具有企业特色的京东智能产业园产品体系,逐步确立京东智能产业园在行业中的产品影响力。
The product standardization system of JD Smart Industrial Park is developed by integrating the development needs of JD industrial development,comprehensively considering the investment map,market customer conditions,and national policies on industrial factories.It adopts a modular combination method and forms different configuration standards according to the characteristics of the location.Standards are summarized in aspects such as planning and layout,combination methods,single-unit planar layout,column span,floor height,load,facade,and landscape.Among them,the architectural form of JD Smart Industrial Park has become a standardized product that incorporates the elements of JD.The standardized landscape is an extension of the standardized building facade,expanding the concept of the JD box from the facade to the landscape design concept.Ultimately,a product system of JD Smart Industrial Park with corporate characteristics is constructed,gradually establishing the product influence of JD Smart Industrial Park in the industry.
