摘要
针对职业技术教育存在的主要问题,在明确岗位管理专业职业技术教育定位的基础上,给出了课程体系构建的基本原则。以提升学生岗位实训能力为目标,采用倒推法,分析岗位管理专业发配电方向所涉及的岗位,梳理专业岗位的工作任务需求,归纳达到工作任务应具备的能力,确定满足能力所需开设的课程,构建了岗位管理专业发配电方向课程体系,并对涉及的主要课程及内容进行了规范,力求为职业技术人才培养方案的修订和实施提供样本指导。
Aiming at the main issues existing in the sergeant vocational education,we have identified the basic principles for constructing a course system based on a clear understanding of the positioning of the post management vocational education.With the goal of enhancing the job training capabilities of students,we have used a reverse approach to analyze the job roles associated with power generation and distribution direction within the field of post management,identify the tasks required for these positions,summarize the skills needed to perform these tasks,determine the course necessary to develop those skills,and construct the curriculum system for power generation and distribution direction.We have also standardized the main courses and content involved,serving as a model reference for revising and implementing talent training programs in sergeant vocational education.
