摘要
产教融合是强化应用型高校人才实训能力的有效途径。该文介绍了成都工业学院土木工程专业产教融合实训基地的建设思路。该基地以提高应用型人才培养质量、迅速满足企业诉求为建设目的,以学习专业知识点、岗位能力点为主线,以先进技术为支撑,以工学结合、校企合作为途径,采用建立多元利益主体协同参与的混合式组织架构、制订以成果导向为主的人才培养方案、创建浸润真实工程环境的项目式教学等举措,在教学改革、教资建设、课程拓展、专业群组建等方面发挥了积极作用。
The integration between industry and education is an effective way to strengthen the practical training ability of applied talents in universities.This paper introduces the ideas of practical base construction based on the integration of industry and education for the civil engineering major of Chengdu Techn1ological University.With the construction goal of improving the quality of applied talent training and quickly meeting the demands of enterprises,learning professional knowledge and capacities for the job as the main line,advanced technologies as the support,and work-study combination and school-enterprise cooperation as the way,measures are taken such as a blended organizational structure with collaborative participation of multiple stakeholders,a outcomes-based talent training program,and project-based teaching that immerses in real engineering environment,having played a positive role in teaching reform,construction of teaching resources,curriculum expansion,and formulation of specialty groups.
