数字孪生驱动下未来产业集群供电服务系统能效测量优化策略研究

Research on energy efficiency measurement and optimization strategies for power supply service systems of future cluster industries driven by digital twin technology

摘要 针对供电服务系统仅关注单一测量维度,导致稳定性欠佳的问题,提出一种基于数字孪生驱动的未来产业集群供电服务系统能效测量优化技术。首先,构建供电系统的电磁场与热力学模型,进而形成供电服务系统的动态数字孪生体,实现物理系统与虚拟模型的高保真映射。然后,综合考虑电气能效、热力学能效、经济性及可靠性等多维度因素,构建系统综合能效测量指标体系;采用层次分析法计算指标权重,并通过线性加权求和评估综合能效。最后,以系统状态转移为核心,将供电负荷与环境因素建模为离散或连续状态空间;利用马尔科夫决策算法在动态环境中生成最优调控指令,实现供电服务系统效能优化。实验结果表明,所提方法在能效优化过程中,能效均衡指数最终稳定在0.91左右,系统稳定性显著提升,运行效能优于传统方案。 To address the issue of poor stability in power supply service systems that focus only on a single measurement dimension,a digital twin-driven energy efficiency measurement optimization technology for future industrial cluster power supply service systems is proposed.Firstly,an electromagnetic field and thermodynamic model of the power supply system is constructed,forming a dynamic digital twin of the power supply service system,achieving a high-fidelity mapping between the physical system and the virtual model.Then,considering multiple dimensions such as electrical energy efficiency,thermodynamic energy efficiency,economic efficiency,and reliability,a comprehensive energy efficiency measurement index system is constructed.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to calculate the index weights,and the comprehensive energy efficiency is evaluated through linear weighted summation.Finally,focusing on system state transitions,the power supply load and environmental factors are modeled as discrete or continuous state spaces.A Markov decision algorithm is used to generate optimal control commands in the dynamic environment,achieving energy efficiency optimization of the power supply service system.Experimental results show that the proposed method achieves a stable energy efficiency balance index of approximately 0.91 during the energy efficiency optimization process,significantly improving system stability and outperforming traditional methods.
