摘要
综合能源系统涉及的范围广,牵扯到的影响因素数量大,导致在对其进行综合效益评价时,相关指标的数值有些不易确定,往往无法给出具体的数值或准确的概率分布特性,使得最终的评价结果出现偏差。本文根据综合能源系统的特点,提出采用基于优势度的混合型多属性群决策的综合评价方法对其进行评价的理念,成功的解决指标不确定的缺点。最后通过一个案例计算,验证此方法在综合能源系统综合评价中的适用性。
Integrated energy systems involved in a wide range and involved in a large number of factors, resulting in the overall effi- ciency of its evaltmtion, and the value of some relevant indicators is not easy to determine and are often unable to give a specific value or exact probability distribution, which makes the ilnal the evaluation results of the deviation. Based on the ctulraeteristics of integrated energy systems, using the proposed comprehensive evaluation method based on hybrid multiple attribute group decision making dominance was be evaluated. Finally, a case was to verify the applicability of this method in the comprehensive evaluation of integrated energy systems.
