摘要
目的:探讨互动式健康教育联合适时护理对肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿的影响。方法:选取2022年12月—2024年4月在接受治疗的186例肺炎MPP患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各93例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上实施互动式健康教育联合适时护理干预。比较两组患儿的临床症状改善情况、住院时间、负性情绪[采用儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(DSRSC)和儿童焦虑障碍自评量表(SCARED)]及家属护理满意度。结果:观察组患儿咳嗽、发热、肺部啰音消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.01);干预后,两组DSRSC、SCARED评分均低于干预前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.01);观察组家属护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:互动式健康教育联合适时护理能够有效改善MPP患儿的临床症状,缩短住院时间,改善负性情绪,提高家属护理满意度。
Objective:To explore the effect of interactive health education combined with timely nursing on children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods:A total of 186 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia treated from December 2022 to April 2024 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group by the random number table method,with 93 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received interactive health education combined with timely nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing care.The improvement of clinical symptoms,hospital stay,negative emotions[assessed by the Depression Self-Rating Scale for Children(DSRSC)and the Screen for Child Anxiety Related Emotional Disorders(SCARED)],and family satisfaction with nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results:The disappearance time of cough,fever,and pulmonary rales and the hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01).After the intervention,the DSRSC and SCARED scores of both groups were lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The family satisfaction with nursing care in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Interactive health education combined with timely nursing can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,shorten the hospital stay,alleviate negative emotions,and increase family satisfaction with nursing care.
