摘要
目的:探究心理引导联合感觉统合训练对孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)儿童心理行为特征的影响。方法:选取2019年3月—2024年3月在漯河医学高等专科学校第三附属医院就诊的66例ASD儿童作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组(n=33)和观察组(n=33)。对照组进行感觉统合训练治疗方案,观察组使用心理引导和感觉统合训练联合治疗方案。比较治疗前后两组患儿病情程度孤独症治疗评估量表(ATEC)、儿童孤独症行为量表(ABC)、儿童孤独症评定量表(CARS)、心理教育量表第3版(PEP-3)、儿童焦虑障碍自评量表(SCARED)和儿童抑郁障碍自评量表(DSRSC)评估临床疗效结果差异。结果:治疗后,两组患儿ATEC、ABC各项评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿CARS、PEP-3评分情况均有所好转,且与对照组相比,观察组患儿治疗后CARS评分更低,PEP-3评分更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿SCARED、DSRSC评分情况均下降,且与对照组相比,观察组患儿治疗后上述评分更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患儿临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:心理引导联合感觉统合训练对ASD儿童治疗效果更好,患儿病情程度改善更为明显,对儿童因患病导致的抑郁焦虑等情绪也有所缓解。
Objective:Examining the impact of psychological guidance and sensory integration training on the psychological and behavioral traits of children with autism spectrum disorder.Methods:A total of 66 children with autism spectrum disorder visiting our hospital from March 2019 to March 2024 were selected as research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 33 cases.The control group received sensory integration training,while the observation group underwent psychological guidance combined with sensory integration training.The differences in the assessment results of the Autism Treatment Evaluation Scale(ATEC),Autism Behavior Scale(ABC),Childhood Autism Rating Scale(CARS),Psychological Education Scale 3rd Edition(PEP-3),Children's Anxiety Disorder Self Rating Scale(SCARED),and Children's Depression Self Rating Scale(DSRSC)between the two groups before and after treatment were compared,and their clinical efficacy was recorded.Results:Following treatment,the ATEC,ABC score levels of both groups of children were lower than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After Treatment,the scores of CARS and PEP-3 in both groups of children improved,compared with the control group the CARS score of children in the observation group was lower and the PEP-3 score was higher after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).After the treatment,the SCARED and DSRSC scores of the children in both groups decreased;compared with the control group,the above scores of the children in the observation group were lower after treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusions:The combination of psychological guidance and sensory integration training shows a superior therapeutic effect on children with autism spectrum disorder,leading to significant improvements in condition severity and reductions in depression,anxiety,and other related emotions.
