摘要
皮肤屏障是维持机体内环境稳态的关键防线,一旦受损,多种皮肤病理状态(如干燥、瘙痒、潮红)随之发生。皮肤屏障修复理念经历了从单纯保湿到结构仿生,再到功能调控与稳态重建的演变。笔者提出“封闭保护、吸湿保润、仿生重建、抗炎调控、分化促进”五级策略,从角质层出发,由外向内、由浅入深地重建皮肤屏障,实现从物理防护到生物学功能的系统修复。本文结合机制阐述、疾病应用和循证证据,以期为精准护肤和相关皮肤病防治提供系统化思路。
The skin barrier serves as a crucial defense line for maintaining the body′s internal homeostasis.Once the skin barrier is disrupted,a variety of pathological skin conditions—such as dryness,pruritus,and erythema—can subsequently occur.The concept of skin barrier repair has evolved from simple moisturization to structural biomimicry,and further toward functional regulation and homeostatic reconstruction.The author proposes a five-tiered strategy occlusive protection,hygroscopic hydration,biomimetic reconstruction,anti-inflammatory modulation,and differentiation promotion which aims to restore the skin barrier from the outermost stratum corneum inward,achieving a progressive reconstruction from superficial to deep layers.This approach realizes a transition from mere physical protection to comprehensive biological restoration.By integrating mechanistic insights,clinical applications,and evidence-based data,this article seeks to provide a systematic framework for precision skincare and the prevention and treatment of skin barrier-related disorders.
