摘要 皮肤屏障由水脂膜和皮肤"砖墙"结构构成。皮肤屏障结构和功能障碍与多种皮肤疾病的病因、病理过程相关。目前有多种无创检测方法可以评价皮肤的屏障功能。 The skin barrier constitutes by the hydro-lipid film and a ＂brick-wall＂ structure. The abnormal skin barrier structure and function is associated with the etiology and the pathological process of a variety of skin diseases. The skin barrier function can be evaluated by many kinds of noninvasive detection methods.
