摘要
通过深度研究铝冶炼生产全链条,发现产生的铝灰和废铝产出量较大,为进一步提高资源回收利用率,进行应用分析研究。研判市场和国家政策发现,此部分物料可以经过有资质企业的高温煅烧回收,生成以氧化铝为主含量的烧结熟料,成分分析来看具备安全使用的条件。通过模拟烧结法生产过程建立配料模型,分别掺配铝土矿石配料进行烧结溶出实验,与使用纯铝土矿石进行烧结溶出实验相比,熟料氧化铝标准溶出率差异不大,且掺烧结熟料得到的熟料氧化铝标准溶出率整体更好,本文对应用研究效果进行了论述。
Through in-depth research on the entire chain of aluminum smelting production,it was found that the output of aluminum dross and scrap aluminum is relatively large.To further improve the recycling and utilization rate of resources,application analysis and research are arried out.After analyzing the market and national policies,it was found that this part of the material can be recycled through high-temperature calcination by qualified enterprises to generate sintered clinker with a main content of alumina.From the perspective of composition analysis,it meets the conditions for safe use.By simulating the production process of the sintering method,a batching model was established.Bauxite ore batching was added respectively for sintering dissolution experiments.Compared with the sintering dissolution experiments using pure bauxite ore,the standard dissolution rate of alumina in clinker was not significantly different,and the standard dissolution rate of alumina in clinker obtained by adding sintered clinker was generally better.This paper discusses the application research effect.
