摘要
拜耳法生产氧化铝溶出工序是关键工序之一,该工序能耗可占到公司总能源消耗的44%左右,而新蒸汽消耗又占到该工序能耗的90%左右。为了能够更经济的使用能耗和降低能耗,了解溶出工序高压机组新蒸汽消耗的原因就显得非常重要。本文针对这一问题进行分析。
It is one of the key processes to produce alumina by Bayer process. The energy consumption of the process can account for about 44% of the total energy consumption of the company,and the new steam consumption accounts for about 90% of the energy consumption of the process. In order to be more economical to use energy and reduce energy consumption,it is very important to understand the reason of the new steam consumption in the high pressure unit. This paper analyzes the problem.
