低含H_(2)S酸气硫回收工艺比选与优化研究

摘要 为了更好地对低含H_(2)S酸气硫回收处理,对低含H_(2)S酸气硫回收工艺比选与优化进行了研究。研究发现:低含H_(2)S酸气硫回收最佳工艺为Clinsulf-DO工艺,该工艺主要影响因素包括预热温度、等温段床层温度、催化剂及酸气H_(2)S体积分数、CO_(2)体积分数。Clinsulf-DO工艺优化方案为:将催化床层高度增加到900 mm,将等温段催化床高度增加到1 670 mm,并以原工艺为基础增加物理溶剂吸收环节。相对于优化前,优化后Clinsulf-DO工艺硫回收率可提高4.6百分点,尾气中SO2质量浓度降低80%以上,可显著提高低含H_(2)S酸气处理效果。 In order to better recover and treat low H_(2)S acid gas sulfur,a study was conducted on the comparison and optimization of low H_(2)S acid gas sulfur recovery processes.Research has found that the optimal process for sulfur recovery from low H_(2)S acid gas is the Clinsulf-DO process,which is mainly influenced by preheating temperature,isothermal bed temperature,catalyst and H_(2)S volume fraction of acid gas,and CO_(2) volume fraction.The optimization plan for Clinsulf-DO process is to increase the height of the catalytic bed to 900 mm,increase the height of the isothermal catalytic bed to 1670 mm,and add a physical solvent absorption step based on the original process.Compared to before optimization,the optimized Clinsulf-DO process can increase the sulfur recovery rate by 4.6 percentage points,reduce the volume fraction of SO2 in the tail gas by more than 80%,and significantly improve the treatment effect of low H_(2)S acid gas.
