摘要
为应对燃煤电厂在能源转型背景下亟需实现污染物超超低排放的要求,系统分析了燃煤电厂污染物控制技术的演变路径,并结合典型案例进行了深入探讨。研究表明,燃煤电厂污染物控制从传统单一污染物治理,到超低排放阶段多技术耦合协同控制,再到超超低排放阶段引入高效深度净化技术的过程,最终,通过技术路线优化与系统集成,可实现SO2质量浓度≤20mg/m^(3)、NOx质量浓度≤30 mg/m^(3)、烟尘质量浓度≤5 mg/m^(3)的超超低排放目标,并具备协同脱除SO2、Hg等非常规污染物的能力。提出未来应重点发展脱硫脱硝除尘一体化技术,强化非常规污染物协同控制,探索减污降碳协同路径,以支撑煤电绿色低碳转型目标的实现的建议。
In order to address the urgent need for coal-fired power plants to achieve ultra-ultra-low emissions of pollutants in the context of energy transition,this paper systematically analyzes the evolution of pollutant control technologies in coalfired power plants,and discusses typical cases.The research shows that emission control has progressed from traditional single-pollutant treatment to the multi-technology coupling and collaborative control in ultra-low emissions,and further to advance the deep purification in the ultra-ultra-low emission stage.Through technological optimization and system integration,the ultra-ultra-low emission targets can achieve the mass concentration of SO2,NOx and smoke matter are less than or equal to 20 mg/m^(3),30 mg/m^(3) and 5 mg/m^(3),with co-removal capabilities for unconventional pollutants such as SO3 and Hg.It is suggested that in the future,we should focus on integrated desulfurization,denitrification,and dust removal technologies,enhancing collaborative control of unconventional pollutants,and exploring collaborative ways for pollution reduction and carbon reduction,in order to support the green and low-carbon transformation of coal-fired power plants.
