摘要
试验旨在研究豆秸不同比例替代花生秧对湖羊生长性能、血液生化指标、瘤胃pH及营养物质表观消化率的影响。选用96只来源相同、体重相近[(25~30)kg]、健康状况良好的育肥湖羊公羊,随机分为O、A、B、C 4组,每组3个重复,每个重复8只。每组的精料补充料一致,其中O组粗饲料(40%)全部为花生秧,A、B、C组分别用豆秸替代1/3、1/2和全部的花生秧。预试期10 d,正试期60 d。结果表明:豆秸不同比例替代花生秧对试验羊平均日采食量(ADFI)无显著影响(P>0.05),O组与A、B组的平均日增重(ADG)和料重比(F/G)差异不显著(P>0.05),与C组差异显著(P<0.05)。豆秸不同比例替代花生秧对湖羊瘤胃pH无显著影响(P>0.05)。豆秸不同比例替代花生秧对湖羊血液中总蛋白(TP)、尿素氮(BUN)、胆固醇(TC)含量的影响显著(P<0.05),O组显著高于C组(P<0.05);对血液中白蛋白(ALB)、肌酐(Cr)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)均无显著影响(P>0.05)。豆秸不同比例替代花生秧对饲料中粗蛋白(CP)、干物质(DM)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)的表观消化率影响不显著(P>0.05),O组酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)的表观消化率最高,为48.45%,与其他各组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。综上,在以花生秧为主要原料的肉羊日粮配方中,可以用1/3~1/2的豆秸取代花生秧,不影响肉羊的育肥效果。
The experiment was conducted to study the effects of replacing peanut vine with different proportions of soybean straw on growth performance,blood biochemical indices,rumen pH,and apparent nutrient digestibility of Hu sheep.A total of 96 healthy fattening male Hu sheep with the same origin,similar body weight[(25-30)kg]were selected and randomly divided into four groups,with three replicates per group and eight sheep per replicate.All groups were fed with the same concentrate supplement,and the roughage(40%)of group O were all peanut vine,while groups A,B,and C replaced peanut vine with soybean straw at proportions of 1/3,1/2,and 100%,respectively.The experiment included a 10-day preliminary trial period and a 60-day formal trial period.The results showed that replacing peanut vine with different proportions of soybean straw had no significant effect on the average daily feed intake(ADFI)of the experimental sheep(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in average daily gain(ADG)and feed-to-gain ratio(F/G)between group O and groups A,B(P>0.05),but ADG and F/G in Group O were significantly different from group C(P<0.05).Additionally,replacing peanut vine with different proportions of soybean straw had no significant effect on the rumen pH of Hu sheep(P>0.05).Replacing peanut vine with different proportions of soybean straw had a significant effect on the content of total protein(TP),urea nitrogen(BUN),total cholesterol(TC)in the blood of Hu sheep,the contens of group O was significantly higher than that of group C(P<0.05),but no significant effects on the contents of albumin(ALB),creatinine(Cr),triglycerides(TG),and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)(P>0.05).Replacing peanut vine with different proportions of soybean straw had no significant effects on the apparent digestibility of crude protein(CP),dry matter(DM),and neutral detergent fiber(NDF)in the feed(P>0.05).Group O had the highest apparent digestibility of acid detergent fiber(ADF)(48.45%),which was significantly different from that of the other groups(P<0.05).In conclusion,in the fattening sheep diet with peanut vine as the main raw material,1/3 to 1/2 of peanut vine can be replaced by soybean straw without affecting the fattening effect of sheep.
