“双循环”格局下劳动密集型制造业转移路径优化

Optimizition of the Transfer Path of Labor-intensive Manufacturing Industry under the Dual Circulation Paradigm

摘要 在第五次全球产业转移加速与国内产业链重构的双重背景下,文中聚焦“双循环”战略框架下劳动密集型制造业转移路径优化问题,通过构建偏离份额法及TOPSIS—熵权法综合评价体系,结合GIS空间可视化技术,系统考察了2010-2022年我国劳动密集型制造业转移的时空演进特征。研究表明:双循环背景下,产业有序转移得到制度保障;中西部地区产业承接能力持续增强,形成“东—中”产业转移主通道,但区域承接能力呈现显著“南高北低”的空间异质性。 Against the backdrop of an accelerating fifth round of global industrial transfer and the restructuring of domestic industrial chains,this paper focuses on the problem of optimizing the transfer path of labor-intensive manufacturing industry within the“dual circulation”strategy framework.By constructing a comprehensive evaluation system integrating the Shift-Share Method and the TOPSIS-Entropy Weight Method,combined with GIS spatial visualization technology,it systematically examines the spatio-temporal evolution characteristics of labor-intensive manufacturing transfer in China from 2010 to 2022.The findings reveal that in the dual circulation context,orderly industrial transfer is institutionally guaranteed.The capacity of central and western regions to undertake industrial transfer has continuously strengthened,forming a primary East-Central industrial transfer corridor.However,regional undertaking capacity exhibits significant spatial heterogeneity,characterized as“higher in the south and lower in the north”.
