摘要
以南京钢铁为典型案例,系统研究炼钢熔融金属管理在数智化技术驱动下的转型路径与实施效果。针对高温熔融金属吊装、冶炼、浇铸等环节存在的爆炸、喷溅、灼烫等重大安全风险,深入分析传统管理模式依赖人工经验的局限性,全面阐述南钢通过构建“工业互联网+安全生产”新型管理体系,集成应用物联网、人工智能、数字孪生等先进技术,实现熔融金属全生命周期智能化管控的创新实践。
This paper takes Nanjing Iron&Steel as a typical case to study the transformation and application of intelligent management in molten metal operations.It analyzes the major safety risks such as explosion,splashing,and burns in lifting,smelting,and casting processes,and points out the limitations of traditional experience-based management.By building a new“Industrial Internet+Safety Production”system and integrating IoT,AI,and digital twin technologies,NISCO realizes full lifecycle intelligent control of molten metal and significantly improves safety and efficiency.
