摘要
针对空间群目标电磁散射特征复杂导致其本征参数估计难的问题,开展了空间锥体群目标散射中心逆向建模方法及其多维本征参数智能提取方法研究。结合空间锥体目标运动状态和锥体目标散射中心模型,推导了空间群目标电磁散射特征理论公式,实现了群目标的散射中心分离提取及其电磁散射特征重构。利用分离后的空间群目标散射中心模型,结合静态构造法,快速构建了多维电磁散射特征数据集。将深度学习与物理先验知识相结合,构建了多维电磁散射特征融合的物理驱动网络模型。仿真结果表明,所提方法的目标本征参数估计性能最优,在信噪比为0dB时的参数估计误差均小于5%。该方法可用于对空间群目标本征参数的精确估计。
To address the challenge of estimating intrinsic parameters for spatial cluster targets due to their complex electromagnetic scattering characteristics,the research was conducted on the inverse scattering center modeling method for spatial cone-shaped cluster targets and its intelligent extraction method for multi-dimensional intrinsic parameters.By combining the motion states of spatial cone-shaped targets with the scattering center model of the cone-shaped target,a theoretical formulation for the electromagnetic scattering characteristics of cluster targets was derived.This method enabled the separation and extraction of scattering centers from cluster targets and the reconstruction of their electromagnetic scattering signatures.Utilizing the separated scattering center models of cluster targets in conjunction with a static construction method,a multi-dimensional electromagnetic scattering dataset was rapidly generated.A physics-driven network model for fusing multi-dimensional electromagnetic scattering characteristics was then constructed by fusing deep learning with physical prior knowledge.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method achieves optimal performance in estimating target intrinsic parameters,with parameter estimation errors below 5%at a signal-to-noise ratio of O dB.The proposed method can be applied to precise parameter estimation of spatial cluster targets.
