摘要
目的:比较并分析小剂量秋水仙碱联合中药四黄散外用在痛风急性发作期患者中的治疗效果。方法:采用随机数表法将2024年1月—2025年3月福建省建宁县总医院收治的120例痛风急性发作期患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各60例。对照组采用西药+小剂量秋水仙碱治疗;治疗组在对照组基础上加用中药四黄散外敷治疗,两组均治疗14 d。对两组临床疗效、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、疼痛缓解时间、中医证候积分、血清指标以及不良反应发生情况进行比较分析。结果:与对照组比较,治疗后治疗组治疗有效率更高、VAS评分及中医证候积分更低、疼痛缓解时间更短、血清指标下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:研究结果显示,小剂量秋水仙碱联合中药四黄散外用较单用小剂量秋水仙碱治疗痛风急性发作期效果更优,可缩短疼痛缓解时间,疗效更高,且安全性相当,具有较高临床应用价值。
Objective:To compare and analyze the therapeutic effects of low-dose colchicine combined with traditional Chinese medicine Sihuang San on patients with acute gout attacks.Method:A total of 120 patients with acute attack of gout treated in Jianning County General Hospital from January 2024 to March 2025 were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine and small dose of colchicine.The treatment group was treated with external application of traditional Chinese medicine Sihuang powder on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 14 days.The clinical efficacy,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score,pain relief time,Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome score,serum indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:Compared with the control group,the treatment group had a higher treatment effectiveness rate,lower VAS scores and TCM syndrome scores,shorter pain relief time,and more significant decrease in serum indicators after treatment,all of which were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the comparison of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The research results show that the combination of low-dose colchicine and traditional Chinese medicine Sihuang San for external use is more effective in treating acute gout attacks than using low-dose colchicine alone.It can shorten the pain relief time.The efficacy is higher and the safety is comparable,with high clinical application value.
