民族传统体育项目融入中学体育教学探索

摘要 将民族传统体育项目融入中学体育教学,既能促进文化传承与创新,又能促进学生身心健康发展,提高学生的团队合作能力。民族传统体育项目融入中学体育教学仍然存在教学内容与方法的融合度不足、教师专业素质不高、学生认知与参与度不足等问题。教师要创设民族传统体育文化情境,开发俱乐部式教学模式,采取游戏教学法,开展民族传统体育竞赛活动,旨在提升学生对民族传统体育项目的认知,推动民族传统体育项目在中学体育教学中的发展。 Integrating traditional ethnic sports into middle school sports can not only promote cultural inheritance and innovation but also foster students'physical and mental health development and enhance their teamwork abilities.However,there are still issues with the integration of traditional ethnic sports into middle school physical education,such as insufficient integration of teaching content and methods,low professional quality of teachers,and insufficient student cognition and participation.Teachers should create a cultural context of traditional ethnic sports,develop a club-style teaching model,implement game-based teaching methods,and organize traditional ethnic sports competitions,aiming to enhance students'understanding of traditional ethnic sports and promote their development in middle school physical education.
