摘要
为了解福建省某猪场猪伪狂犬病(PR)、猪瘟(CSF)、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征(PRRS)、猪流行性腹泻(PED)4种疫病的免疫水平,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法对收集到的怀孕母猪、哺乳母猪、空怀断乳超期母猪、后备母猪和公猪血清进行CSF、PR、PED和PRRS抗体检测。结果发现该猪场怀孕母猪、哺乳母猪、空怀断乳超期母猪、后备母猪和公猪的CSF抗体阳性率和抗体阻断率都在93.33%以上;怀孕母猪、哺乳母猪、空怀断乳超期母猪和公猪的PRRS抗体阳性率普遍低于50%,而抗体阻断率普遍为0%;怀孕母猪、哺乳母猪、空怀断乳超期母猪、后备母猪和公猪的PED抗体阳性率和S/P值普遍为0%;怀孕母猪、哺乳母猪、空怀断乳超期母猪、后备母猪和公猪的PRV gB抗体阳性率高于50%,而PRV gE抗体阳性率均为0%。以上结果说明该猪场没有PRV野毒感染,CSF抗体保护力强,需重点加强对PRRS和PED的免疫防控,减少猪场损失。
In order to understand the immunity level of PR,CSF,PRRS and PED in a pig farm in Fujian,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)method was used to detect the antibodies against CSF,PR,PED and PRRS in the sera collected from pregnant sows,lactating sows,sows with empty pregnancy break overdue,replacement gilts and boars.It was found that the CSF antibody positivity rate and antibody blocking pass rate of pregnant sows,lactating sows,empty pregnancy break overdue sows,replacement gilts and boars were above 93.33%;the PRRS antibody positivity rate of pregnant sows,lactating sows,empty pregnancy break overdue sows and boars was generally lower than 50%,and the antibody blocking was generally 0%;the PED antibody positivity rate and antibody blocking pass rate of pregnant sows,lactating sows,empty pregnancy break overdue sows,replacement gilts and boars were generally 0%;PRV gB antibody positivity was higher than 50%for pregnant sows,lactating sows,empty pregnancy break overdue sows,replacement gilts and boars,while PRV gE antibody positivity were 0%.The above results indicated that the farm was not infected with wild PRV,the CSF antibody protection was strong,and the main focus was to strengthen the immunization and control of PRRS and PED to reduce the loss of the farm.
