摘要
为了解豫西南地区规模化猪场主要病毒性疾病的流行情况和抗体水平,从而制订科学合理的疾病综合防控措施,采用PCR和ELISA方法对南阳、驻马店、信阳市2017—2019年57个猪场送检的723份病猪组织样品(淋巴结、肺脏、脾脏、肾脏、脑等)和2476份血液样品进行猪瘟病毒(CSFV)、猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)、猪圆环病毒2型(PCV2)和猪伪狂犬病病毒(PRV)的抗原和抗体检测。结果表明,CSFV、PRRSV、PCV2和PRV的感染具有普遍性,病原平均阳性率分别达到了42.20%(192/455)、56.85%(328/577)、45.03%(136/302)和28.85%(73/253),且部分存在以PRRSV为主的混合感染。抗体检测结果显示,CSFV、PRRSV、PCV2、PRV gE和PRV gB抗体的平均阳性率分别为78.37%(1841/2349)、75.93%(1565/2061)、84.62%(682/806)、33.12%(627/1893)和94.00%(1504/1600)。此外,CSFV、PCV2和PRV的病原检出率在2019年大幅下降。
This study investigated the prevalence and antibody levels of the major viral diseases in large-scale pig farms in southwest Henan Province,so as to formulate the scientific and reasonable comprehensive diseases prevention and control measures.723 tissue samples of sick pigs organization(lymph nodes,lung,spleen,kidney,brain,etc.)and 2476 blood samples were collected from 57 pig farms(Nanyang、Zhumadian and Xinyang)during 2017—2019,and the antigen and antibody levels of CSFV,PRRSV,PCV2 and PRV were detected by PCR and ELISA,respectively.The results showed that the infection of CSFV,PRRSV,PCV2 and PRV were common,and the average positive rates of pathogens reached 42.20%(192/455),56.85%(328/577),45.03%(136/302)and 28.85%(73/253),respectively.In addition,the co-infection of PRRSV mixed with other viruses existed in some pigs.The antibody detection results indicated that the average positive rates of CSFV,PRRSV,PCV2,PRV gE and PRV gB were 78.37%(1841/2349),75.93%(1565/2061),84.62%(682/806),33.12%(627/1893)and 94.00%(1504/1600),respectively.Interestingly,the pathogen detection rates of CSFV,PCV2 and PRV decreased significantly in 2019.
