摘要
我国早期建造的大跨度拱桥大多采用悬吊桥面系,其整体性差、结构冗余度低,具有重大安全隐患,对其进行加固改造已变得非常迫切。本文针对一主跨为235m的钢管混凝土拱桥为对象,研究了对其悬吊桥面系增设钢加劲纵梁的改造方案,通过计算验证了方案的合理性,并探讨了一种新型主拱肋钢牛腿支座连接、钢加劲纵梁与钢横梁连接以及负荷状态下钢构件的焊接加固,研究结果可为类似桥梁的加固改造提供参考。
Most long-span arch bridges constructed in China's early years employ suspended deck systems,which suffer from poor structural integrity and low structural redundancy,posing significant safety hazards.Consequently,reinforcing and retrofitting these bridges has become imperative.This study focuses on a concrete-filled steel tube(CFST)arch bridge with a 235 meter main span and proposes a retrofitting scheme involving the addition of steel longitudinal stiffening girders to its suspended deck.Computational analysis validates the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.Furthermore,the study explores innovative connection details for the steel corbels on the main arch ribs,the connections between the new stiffening girders and the existing steel cross beams,and the welding techniques for strengthening steel members under load.The findings provide a valuable reference for retrofitting similar bridge structures.
