大型复杂排涝泵站改造方案研究

摘要 随着我国城市排水设施建设的不断完善,老旧排涝泵站的综合改造成为城市更新工作的重要内容。本文通过对益阳市西流湾泵站的现状调查,分析现状泵站运行过程中存在的问题,评估了其改造难点,提出了西流湾泵站更新改造的设计方案。通过对进水廊道、前池、雨水泵机组及配电系统进行优化改造,将泵站排涝能力提升至30年一遇标准,改善前池进水水流条件和水泵运行工况,延长水泵使用寿命,为类似老旧排涝泵站的更新改造提供借鉴。 With the continuous improvement of urban drainage infrastructure construction in China,the comprehensive renovation of aging flood drainage pumping stations has become a critical task in urban renewal efforts.Based on the investigation of the current operational status of Xiliuwan Pumping Station in Yiyang City,this study analyzes existing issues during its operation and evaluates the challenges in renovation.A design scheme for the upgrading of Xiliuwan Pumping Station is proposed.By optimizing the inlet passage,forebay,rainwater pump units,and power distribution system,the station's drainage capacity is enhanced to meet the 30-year recurrence interval standard.The improvements also address unfavorable inflow conditions in the forebay,optimize pump operation conditions,and extend the service life of the equipment.This study provides a reference for the renovation of similar aging drainage pumping stations.
