基于“平治于权衡,去宛陈莝”理论治疗假性软骨发育不良的思路探讨

摘要 假性软骨发育不良(PSACH)是与软骨低聚物蛋白(COMP)基因突变相关的常染色体显性遗传病。PSACH会影响患者的成年身高,并会伴有不同程度的关节疼痛、骨骼畸形等影响人正常生活的症状。近年来,随着基因检测技术的普及许多PSACH患者可以通过外显子检测确诊,目前该病已经被收录于我国罕见病名录中。本病发病初期症状较隐蔽,若不及时发现并经治疗会极大影响患者的身心健康、社会竞争力及生活质量。“平治于权衡,去宛陈莝”是出自《黄帝内经》的治法,临床上常使用该理论治疗虚实错杂型的复杂疾病。
