摘要
聚焦于“新双高”背景下高职食品检验检测技术专业的建设路径。通过深入剖析该专业发展面临的瓶颈,提出“四维一体”的创新建设路径,并阐述具体实施举措。经系统建设,专业在多方面取得显著成效,为高职食品类专业建设提供了可借鉴的实践经验。
This study focuses on the construction path of higher vocational food inspection and testing technology under the background of“new double high”.Through an in-depth analysis of the bottlenecks faced by the development of the profession,the innovative construction path of“four-dimensional integration”is proposed,and the specific implementation measures are elaborated.Through the construction of the system,the major has achieved remarkable results in many aspects,which provides practical experience for the construction of higher vocational food majors.
